Shipping and Returns
Processing Times
Each piece is handmade in small batches. In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. If your order includes made-to-order or custom work, processing times may vary—I’ll always communicate timelines clearly before or after purchase.
Shipping
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping times will depend on your location, but most orders within Canada arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch. Delays once the package is in transit are outside of my control.
*Please note that orders will ship out 3-4 business days ON TOP of shipping time - this is time i'll need to sand, prep and package orders.

Breakage & Issues
I take great care in packaging each piece, but pottery is fragile by nature. If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, I’ll determine the best way to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, I don’t accept returns or exchanges.
That said, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out—I want you to be happy with your piece, and I’ll always do my best to make things right.
Product Details & Variations
Each piece is made by hand, so slight variations in shape, size, and glaze are part of what makes them unique. These aren’t flaws—they’re part of the process and what makes each piece special. Variations/imperfections are to be expected.
Please note that glaze colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device, so the piece you receive may differ a bit in tone/finish from what you see online.
