Refund Policy

Each piece is made in small batches, and slight variations in shape, size, and glaze are part of the nature of handmade work. Because of this, all sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or normal wear and tear. In the case of approved issues (such as damage during transit or order errors), a resolution may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

After Delivery

Once your order has been delivered in good condition, I cannot be responsible for damage that occurs afterward (including chips, cracks, or broken handles resulting from use or handling).

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item), please reach out as soon as possible so it can be corrected.

Handmade Variations

Each piece is unique. Slight variations in form and glaze, as well as differences in colour appearance across screens, are natural and not considered defects.
